Hybrid Working Model: 4 days remote, & 1 day on-site
We are looking for an individual who can lead and manage every step of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), from product definition, through development and post-production validation. You will also act as the Scrum Master in an Agile environment, leading prioritization and collaboration with major stakeholders, as well as leading daily stand-ups to ensure success.
In this position, you’ll need to love customer interactions (both internal and external), as you’ll support the full range of our technology. You’ll be part of an innovative and agile team help to build the future of our technology solutions. You will own key features and eventually take complete ownership of end-to-end solutions while working with key customers to help validate existing work and ensure everyone is successful.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to understand and anticipate their needs and translate
- them into product requirements
- Help define the technology vision and create the product roadmap based on this vision
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize the tasks based on changing requirements
- Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development
- Perform, define, and manage user acceptance testing to identify and remedy defects and approve
- final testing results
- Create a vision, product roadmap, and technology documentation and effectively communicate with the executive team and stakeholders on progress
- Act as Scrum master to manage product progress at each stage of the process
What you have:
- Bachelor’s or relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of project management experience
- 2+ years of product ownership experience
- 3+ years of exposure to developers working with JavaScript frameworks such as REACT, Angular, or Vue
- Great communication (written and verbal) and critical decision-making skills
- Strong client management skills
- Experience leading technology teams in an Agile environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment and the ability to adapt to change
- Excellent oral and communication skills and ability to speak about highly technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguous, challenging, or new problems
What we prefer:
- Azure DevOps experience, managing backlogs, boards, iterations, and prioritization
- Experience in integration and UI test automation in Datadog
- Experience with GitHub and open-source project collaboration
